The collaboration between Food Angel, Artist Lam Tian Xing and Puchang is based on our shared love and passion towards life.   We very much resonate with Food Angel’s vision, “let lives be enriched through giving and receiving”.  Giving back to our motherland through sustainable agriculture and contributing to our community development are also the key principles for Puchang’s work.  Recognising the meaning of this project, Mr Lam Tian Xing offered a painting named Gatherings (聚) from his famous Lotus Series which displays his thoughts on the nature, and most precious of all his love and passion towards life.  

Tasting Notes

Puchang Cabernet Sauvignon 2013 is full-bodied wine with a ruby red colour with garnet shades. Warm, ripe berries like bouquet, intense and concentrated fragrance of rich black fruits. Black cherry and plum notes to the palate with ripe flavours of raisins and forest floor. Smooth and supple finish to the wine.
