I love the lard, spice and tar undertones to the asphalt, cocoa powder, ripe plums and blackberries. The mealy, powdery tannins are really well crafted. It is ripe, fleshy and round, with a medium to full body and a plump, fruit-laden finish. From organically grown grapes with Ecocert certification. Delicious now, but can hold.
