IMPORTANT NOTICE: It is illegal to sell alcohol to people under the age of 18. By placing an order, you must confirm that you are 18 years old or above. You must ensure that no other person except yourself shall use your login to purchase alcohol products and a person aged 18 or above (identification required) must be present to take delivery, otherwise delivery shall be withdrawn and attempted at another time to be agreed between you and us.
Online shopping function is only available to Hong Kong and Mainland China customers. For all online or email orders, we will contact customers via phone or email as soon as possible in order to confirm your order and delivery time. If delivery to the supplied ship-to address is not possible, we will attempt to contact you via phone or email. If we are unable to reach you, your order will be dropped off at your address stated or returned to our facility.
Our online shopping cart captures the information exactly as you enter it; we do not edit or alter address information without your explicit direction. Please review the ship-to address before completing your order.
We aim to dispatch your goods as soon as possible depending on stock availability. Deliveries shall be made within 7 days. In the event that an item(s) become(s) unavailable, we will cancel your order and refund your payment at no cost.
Delivery service will be suspended when the typhoon signal No.8 or above or the black rainstorm signal is hoisted. In this event customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time.
FREE delivery for purchase order over $1500. For purchase amount less than $1500, a delivery charge of $100 shall apply.
If we are unable to reach or deliver to you upon the first delivery appointment due to inaccurate address information provided by you or no-show at your delivery address, a rescheduling fee of $100 will be charged.
We will only provide delivery service to premises with elevator service. If no elevator service is available for premises, the purchased goods will be dropped off on the ground floor for your collection.
Please note that all goods will be delivered as scheduled and to the best of our ability. We aim to deliver the goods when there is somebody in. We cannot accept responsibility for the goods left outside at the customer’s request.
Delivery service is only available in the Hong Kong SAR – Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories and not available for the Outlying Islands, including Cheung Chau, Lantau Island (except Tung Chung and Hong Kong International Airport). No delivery service is available to the below areas: Mui Wo, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery and Tai O.
We do not provide overseas delivery at the moment.
Delivery hours are between 11am to 5pm between Mondays to Fridays. Once the order has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled or changed (including the delivery location).
All changes to delivery time must be made 24-hours prior to the original scheduled delivery time.
No cancellation of order is accepted and all goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
