A nice bright sunset colour is our first contact with this direct press rosé from Beichun grape. The nose offers complex aromatics, mixing fresh red fruit and white flowers, with subtle mingling notes of fruit candy. Although the first contact in mouth shows a lot of freshness, the wine surprises us with pleasant roundness. This rosé then leaves us with a flowery finish full of wild poppies.
